Need Help! 1 year old infected with liver flukes

We need any advice you all can provide.  We think our 1 year old son has a liver fluke infestation (as do I and my husband).  Can anyone confirm this by the pictures? 

The doctors want to wait to treat us until they get better information on other parasites.  There attitude is that this isn't a big deal because he is acting happy and gaining wait.

Does anyone know what can be done to treat such a young child?  We have heard aloe vera juice and probiotics.

He has been passing eggs and flukes for over a week.  Here are some pictures taken today...

His general mood is fine, although he seems to have less energy than usual.  His weight and height are in the 90th percentile, so it is not affecting his growth so far.
