to invincible & telman
what i get out of what telman said is that there is a feedback loop which helps us regulate the right amount of bile production, and that a congested body or liver can upset this loop. Telman knows the names of the compounds but its not necessary to get the gist.
this reminds me of the time that andreas said that the reason one we get cholesterol buildup in our arteries is that when the liver is clogged, the feedback loop gets altered... the feedback loop there is that the liver makes cholesterol, but when the liver is congested, it no longer gets the message that there's enough cholesterol out there in the body, so it continues to make more and more. when it gets de-congested through liver flushing, the loop becomes operational again as the liver once again is able to hear the message that the cholesterol level is adequate in the body, and therefore it stops producing it.
i guess what this is really saying is that the body is loopy :-)
I say, telman, don't know if you're reading this one, but your knowledge truly is outstanding. you're really amazing.

ps invincible, i knew you were a woman. :-) **we rock**
ppss. i think that urine therapy works in a direct way on these feedback loops. when the person puts their own urine on either a spot in the body or in the mouth, the body gets a message about what is out of balance, where the loop is broken. while urine therapy isn't something i do, i did think about this after posting my msg. it occured to me because i have a diabetic cat (diabetic for 8 years or so), and i was just cleaning out her litter box. her pee has a very distinctive smell - almost sweet, which i guess is the excess
Sugar that her cells don't accept, being excreted. so it occurred to me that this must be how uropathy works, by making the body aware of how the loops are broken.
pppsss. just kidding
