If you on your 15th day, it might be possible that you are in full swing of detoxifcation. I usually start feeling the nausea and the aching around the 14th and 15 day, when I usually hit the peak of detoxifcation. Everyone is different.
Remember you are burning fat, which is ketones, and they fill your blood stream and urine, as find for ways to be disposed of i.e. through the skin, the urine, through the breath. If you ketones are very high, you will feel nausea, because they are in large amounts. By drinking lots of water, helps flush those ketones out fast and dilute them a bit.
If you want to continue your fast, I suggest you buy some ketone strips (the strips used by people that have diabets, to detect the ketones in the urine). You can buy them at Walmart really cheaply for about 8 or 9 dollars. At least when you are feel very nauseous, you can check your ketones, so see if they are really high, and they you can try to counteract them by increasing the intake of your water.
I might help you, but it is very normal to feel nausea and aching if you have a high amount of ketones floating around in your body trying to get body. Remember drink lots of water(slowly of course) to flush them out. One of the fastest ways to get rid of them is urine. If you urine is frothy and bubbly, that means there is a lot of protien (fat/ketones)in it.
