How to handle a case

How would you decide judgement on a crime where the other person was coerced into doing a crime? Would the defendent be guilty of the crime or the person who was the coerced?

The way our class decided was that both parties were guilty. Even if the guilty offender was drunk or high at the time they would have to serve the prison term. Tweet
