Add some sprouts to your juice Re: Non-Organic Produce
Hello Jackie,
Excerpt from this post of Uny's:
Cleaning harvested/wildcrafted herbs??

****Of course, this doesn't make non-organic produce "organic"...as all it does is remove toxins/poisons (it doesn't nourish the plant/produce the way it should have been nourished). But it's a heckuvalot better than ingesting toxins.
And of course, many organic growers do end up with top quality produce - because all they do is avoid the toxic pesticides & herbicides, but they don't go to the time/trouble to replenish the soil with minerals (nor do they treat the soil and restore it's VITAL balance and supply of various microorganisms).****
Uny shares her 'recipe' for making the
Bentonite Liquid and soaking the produce in the post above.

My take on buying produce that I am not sure has been grown in a way which produces nutrient-rich plants/produce, I grow sprouts and add them to my juice as a way to up nutrient content of the juice.
My personal favorite is alfalfa sprouts. Here is a link to a post I did that talks about
juicing alfalfa sprouts:

Wishing you a GREAT juice fast!
