Re: H2S bacterial overgrowth model of dysbiosis

yikes didnt know fiber was bad.I have been using benefiber to help increase motility.I dont have regular bms unless they are helped my supplements.Anyway my stools do not float.Thay are very dark in color which im assumign is from the cleanse that im taking, because before the cleanse my stools were light tan to yellowish in color and again sunk to the bottom. My stool 99% of the time sink to bottom and kinda stick.Since starting glutamine they are more formed...but seem to have trapped gas maybe? bc they break apart when i flush. And of course i told you about the bubbles already.Dr.Bailey in the humaworm forum said if your stools sink you are producing enough bile, and if they float you are lacking. So according to her my bile is fine.I have had 3 liver function tests 1 showed slight inflammation(but i was on meds at the time of test) and 2 others showed liver was fine.Im so confused here.Oh i also want to mention that i get a kind of burning feeling in the intestine..sibo related? Thanks bgone-you are so helpful.
