If you can tease them apart into small pieces they are probably lumps of compacted food more or less the shape of the lumen of the small intestine.

A very large fluke, Fasciola gigantium, lives in the liver (Ithink) so you can find some info online which will tell you if the flukes or their ova come out in the stool. Tweet
