Re: Burn The Fat Programme

I got the program, but I have not started it yet. I plan to do a fruit fast for 7 days before I start the Burn the fat program. I read it and it sounds like a sound program. I did something similar 10 years ago without the exercise. It did work. The cost could have been better. If you can get it from someone else then I do advise you to get it. I'll keep you posted after I start. I'm a little older now so I will have to include the exercise part to get to where I want to be.
