You know, that always happens to me with fruit juices. And mixing fruit with proteins is no good either.
I am not sure about chicken. I believe that you are too fast to go for it. First thing would be raw freshly squeezed diluted vegetable and green juices. Then you might add some vegetable broth. Then you can start on raw vegetables and salads. Go raw vegan for a while. Then you might try chicken, but not fried. Avoid fried chicken by all means, unless it's fried in coconut oil.
Delay your post-fast transition as much as you can. If not, you'll lose all the benefits of your fast.
Avocado is actually great. Unless you eat too much of it.
