I don't think that I have had any stuck stones in the bile ducts which did not come out with my gentle pushing them along. I have noticed a little soreness on the right side but it cleared up after a few days. Why don't you write a message to Telman - just put his name in the heading. When I was gerring out lots of stones they would show up in the bowel movements for several days after a LF.

I do not take more than the recommended amount of Cascara. (Solaray - 2 capsules a day) Usually I put about 1/2 capsule in the ES doses and sometimes a capsule with the OG. Some people use Senna.
