Great and thanks ! Yes.. I did read those - was hoping to converse with folks currently on the plan.
UR on week5 - I have a few questions if you do not mind:
- Were you able to take 15 per day to start the plan ?
- How did you feel when you started ?
- You feel better now at week 5 - how ? More energy ?
