Good, bad message alerts inactivated

Hi, folks!

Seem to have the buttons for alerting moderators to good or bad messages inactivated, though they still are present on the screen. Have not worked for several days.

Would appreciate having them restored.

These buttons provide a very important service in that they do not leave a visible trail the way that the agree and disagree votes do. They simply allow us to direct a moderator's attention to a matter without imposing our personal opinion upon the discussion by voting or adding a potentially controversial and debate-creating post to a support forum.

I value that feature. It is a major way that I am able to contribute to the orderly and fair operation of this famioly of forums. Again, please restore that function for me so that I may continue to do so.
