Re: Apple juice/sour cherry juice

Hiya guys,

I normally use organic carton apple juice for five days prior to the flush. My last flush was a double helping of oo-mix & i got 500stones out (8th flush)!!! Still, if cherry juice contains the amount of malic acid you say then ill definitly be looking into trying that too! Used to juice a load of apples for the five days prior to the flush but find it just as effective to buy organic apple juice!
