I do not sweat by using my MPS (brand name) FIR Capsule Dima, which is a dome covering my whole body except my neck and head. I set the temperature of the dome at 130F and lay down inside for 33 min. (pre-determined time by the manufacturer.) I have the following questions:
(1) Is this temperature too low to induce sweating. I am afraid to set a higher temperature. What is the optimal temperature for a FIR dome?
(2) Do I need to sweat in order to reap the full benefits of FIR?
(3) Will FIR kill beneficial gut bacteria?
(4) Can I drink colloidal silver at the same time? Are there any other contraindications/side effects?
