New weird stomach symptoms

The last 4 days I have had a low - moderate burning sensation 1 and a half inches above my belly button. It's more of a burning feeling with a little bit of a sourness. I've had loose to diarrheaish stools, and tons of gas/bloating. I noticed the burning sensation worsened with the use of bentaine hcl. I've not noticed any unusual coloring of the stools, or really any other symptoms. I thought I was making progress! This is frustrating and my stress probably won't help now.

Any ideas what this could be?
