Bill C-36.. just got this email (was known as bill C-6 and Bill C-51

Bill C-36 GIA Health Freedom Update from the Canadian Coalition for Health Freedom [CCHF] prepared by Trueman Tuck Tuesday, October 26th, 2010.

It is with sincere regret that I advise all of you that during the so-called debates in regards to Bill C-36 in the Canadian Standing Committee on Health on October 19th, 21st and 26th, clear evidence now exists to confirms what many of us have suspected for some time - that Our Canada has now been fully taken over by the European and Global Fascist/Socialist Power Elites [See Exhibits 1, 2 & 3].

As happened with its predecessor Bill C-6 [See Exhibits 4 & 5], the most knowledgeable and experienced grassroots' spokespeople were once again prohibited from testifying against this draconian bill. An unbelievable violation of every fundamental principle of a direct rule of English Common Law democracy occurred on October 21st when all four establishment parties refused to allow any grassroots witnesses opposed to Bill C-36 to testify on record [See Exhibit 6 & 7].

While attending the Canadian Standing Committee on Health hearings today in Ottawa on all of your behalf, I witnessed the most horrifying and appalling occurrence that I have ever seen since I became involved in these Informed Freedom of Choice issues over 35 years ago.
Would you believe that the clause by clause review of Bill C-36 was completed in the Committee in less than 15 minutes? This was unbelievable. It is quite clear that the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and their Global Elite organizations such as the Bilderbergers, Club of Rome, Mafia, UN, IMF, CIA, etc. are not going to let our country remain in our ownership and control [See Exhibits 8, 9 & 10]. There is far too much wealth in our country and too few individual human beings. THEY are treating us the same as THEY did centuries ago, the original Peoples of this country.
Sitting there listening to them, Jesus' words came to mind "They know not what they do". These 12 MP's from all four establishment parties [See Exhibits 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 & 23] have destroyed the very foundations of British Criminal Law that has existed for over a thousand years in the De Jure English Rule of Common Law countries. These sacred foundations include the presumption of innocence in criminal offenses, a very clear and mandatory need for legislative creation of criminal offenses and clear rules for criminal investigative police based upon probable cause.

The Health Canada ever expanding Gravy Train bureaucrats do not even acknowledge that they are only a Grim Federal Criminal Police Force authorized pursuant to section 91 (27) of the British North America Act to prevent and control adulteration, fraud and misrepresentation against those involved with drugs and criminal activities and non-consumer products.

NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY = NO HEALTH CANADA POLICE JURISDICTION

Bill C-36 literally throws all of these out of the window. Trade and commerce activities of millions of Canadians and Canadian businesses pertaining to between 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 consumer products will now be based upon the daily arbitrary decisions of a junior Health Canada inspector. Bill C-36 is attempting to criminalize activities at the retail/wholesale/import and manufacturing levels and leave us at the whim and mercy of the very expensive Federal Public Servants who only care about continuing their Gravy Train at our collective expense.

As if this was not bad enough, unlike any other criminal police force in Canada and elsewhere, Bill C-36 does not provide any statutory Early Dispute Resolution system and/or Internal Affairs accountability system.

Every civilized society eventually becomes threatened by Criminal Gangs that want to seize control of their country. Mexico is an excellent current example. Our Tea Party of Canada Movement invites all concerned Canadians from all parts of the right, left and center of the political spectrum to join with us now on common ground, democratic reforms to give the Power to the People. Together, we can save our country from further descent in an Oligarchial, Fascist/Socialist Police Sate, where you and I no longer have any unalienable individual rights, freedoms, liberties, safety or peace.
Regardless of whether you believe in right, left or center, all governments at the end of the day have to be either one where the People own and control the government directly, or the government owns and controls the People and resources of the country by force.
What type of Canada do you want to leave as your legacy to your children and grandchildren?

Step 1:

By subscribing and visiting our website on a weekly basis, you will be able to keep informed enough to constructively take an active role in direct democratic reform through our organizations.

Step 2:

While visiting these websites, you need to send Our Tea Party of Canada's various Peoples' E-Mandate e-protests to all 400 plus Canadian MP's and Senators. It is time that all of our Ottawa Federal Employees - elected and appointed know that the "Gravy Train in Ottawa" is going to come to an end as a result of our Tea Party GIA Freedom BeeHive grassroots revolution. This can be done by going online and by downloading the STOP BILL C-36 E-Mandate protest letter and sending your letter by fax, mail and/or by personal delivery by hand to your local MP's office.

Step 3:

After forwarding your protest letter, please print it out and immediately call your local MP for a meeting in their riding. Ask your MP to answer the questions outlined in Exhibit 29 about Bill C-36 and confirm in writing how they will be voting on Bill C-36 at the 3rd Reading. MP's usually follow the orders of their caucus whip and party leaders instead of independently voting along with their constituents clearly expressed wishes. It seems that we do not have any true Constitutional Democratic representation in each riding. Please ensure that all replies are sent to our organizations for posting in order to keep our ongoing Democratic Report Card for each MP and Senator up to date.

Step 4:

Look at what happened to Russia, Greece and France when the Entrepreneurial Middle Class was destroyed and replaced by a Bureaucratic Middle Class all working for the government.
