For Teresa (all) +info on PTB tricks & tactics to avoid
Teresa (everyone, of course) --
I'm really sorry that you're struggling so hard (and so much). I've put the product recommendations/suggestions below, but I don't think 'herbs & cleanses' alone add up to the answer & victory for your situation (and I certainly don't want you to waste your money without explaining why I feel this is the case). So this post is going to be 'an opinion piece'. I've never met you and only talked privately via phone & email a few times*), so there's no way what I'm going to share can be anything but an opinion (I simply don't know enough about you and your situation to offer more than that). However, I do have tons of life-experience, education and common sense, and most of what I'm going to share is very valid for most people & most situations. I want you (and anybody that ever reads anything I ever say) to discern and utilize what applies to you and then file the rest appropriately -- "need more information", "for future consideration", "for the trash bin". I am going to share my thoughts as I know & believe them to be true, and I'm going to do my best to 'say them softly'...but that doesn't always come across clearly as 'written words on the internet', especially when we're dealing with issues that require "baseline fundamentals & facts". Please know that my words are coming from a caring heart that's intending nothing but healing love & truth.
It seems to me you're in one of those places in life (that many of us have experienced) where it's a "make it or break it" situation in the middle of an emotional tsunami/hurricane. Your health, your life & living situation and your emotions all seem to be out of your control...and I don't sense "the real you" much at all anymore. I sense fear, panic, discouragement, hopelessness, desperation, random & wildly fluctuating emotions, depression ...and most everything everybody experiences when a life-tsunami is raging (and they believe they're not in control of the situation). But, I also sense tenacity, courage and a strong desire to live & thrive. The longer we have physical pain & illness, the longer our emotions are unstable & fluctuating, the longer we live in a 'place' that's unhealthy and unreal (and we're not in control of some/much of it)...the worse the tsunami rages (and the more we believe in it). Then we find ourselves in a room (prison?) where it seems the storm is all encompassing - to paint a 'picture'?....it's like bricks, bedclothes, furniture and knick-knacks are constantly flying through the air around us...and all we feel we can do is protect ourselves from the battering of the bricks & emotions of each new day, only to fall into an exhausted sleep to wake up almost as exhausted...with just a little less hope and a little less true reality. Some days we manage to protect ourselves; some days it seems like the storm is abating and we can make some headway; some days it seems like everything crashes into us no matter what we do - but we never seem to make any substantial headway. And the longer we stay in the tsunami, the more our belief in the 'reality of it' strengthens and the more we shrink & become 'less ourselves'. The 'less' we become, the 'more' the hurricane grows. That's because only our true selves can stop these storms!
Teresa, I know that inside you still burns 'the candle of you'...your joy, your brilliance, your wisdom, your love, your intelligence, your victory - they're all there! But they're likely hiding & cringing...possibly-intentionally being kept safe & secure somewhere you've tuck tucked them away, so no raging wind can snuff out the Light that is you. But the thing is, there's NOTHING that can snuff out the Light of you (except you)....and the more it cringes & hides, the worse everything becomes.
YOU are a very powerful, eternal spirit having an earthly/fleshly experience. You ARE gifted, you ARE brilliant, you ARE capable, you ARE strong, you CAN be healthy (and wealthy & victorious), and achieve absolutely anything your heart desires...but the daily-seemingly-never-ending battering of the hurrican is likely causing you to believe otherwise. There's only one person that can open the door of the prison cell, walk out and say "enough is enough already!". I am bigger than this, I am stronger than this, I will not believe in this 'learned helplessness & desperation' I've come to believe as my true self... I AM turning off the "tsunami switch" and I AM taking control of my LIFE!!!
Yeah, yeah, you've heard it all before - you've likely recognized the problem before... you've walked out (or crawled out) of the 'tsunami prison' a zillion times and said/repeated it all a zillion & one times. But you always end up back in the same place. Why? I strongly feel it's because it takes more than "positive thinking", positive feelings/emotions, and various herbs & cleanses to achieve the kind of healing and self-empowerment you need...it takes action. And that action has to be positive, logical & consistent. Like the majority of people (***especially those in the 'under 40-something' age bracket), you don't seem to have an 'organized attack strategy', a clear & concise 'road map', specific goals and well-thought-through, workable plans to ensure you reach those goals. What you seem to have is "I want to be healthy & happy", in the midst of a 'tsunami of situations', which is all bouncing atop an emotional trampoline. And it seems to end up playing out something like this:
"I want to arrive at 'healthy & happy' " = getting in the car and turning it on.
"I really, really want it" = pushing on the accelerator and revving up the engine.
"I am going to get it right now!" = taking foot off break, putting the car into gear, and flooring it.
But without very specific goals (along with short term destinations/goals to get there), step-by-step plans, and a very clear map...you don't actually GO anywhere (except crashing into the garage in front of you or the car behind you)...and if you do go somewhere you'll likely end up flustered, discouraged and "lost" (having used up enormous amounts of fuel and put very stressful 'wear & tear' on your engine). This ends up with "going back in there" and trying to summon up the courage to try to get to 'healthy & happy' again. (there more information about how to go about setting and achieving your goals after this next long section).
********************************************************************************************
***Regarding this (from above): >>>especially those in the 'under 40-something' age bracket<<< I don't want anyone to think I'm "picking on" the younger set, because I'm not. "Identification" of potential problems is VERY positive! :) Here's the problem:
In the last 100 years there's been a slow, but massive & negative change in how people attempt to achieve their goals. "Society" as a whole has changed drastically (and the PTB have had their hands all OVER the place). There are many reasons these changes affect the under 'forty-something' set. I feel this is likely extremely applicable & important information for Teresa (and many others), so please bear with me as I elaborate and 'get this into print'. I realize it's "long & rambling", but it does eventually 'get to the point' :)
Edward Bernays (one of the main henchmen of the PTB) instigated many different massive, societal 'conditionings', starting as far back as the 1920's/30's. Here's an overview of one of them. Up until 'Edward Bernays happened', we humans had always purchased & bartered what we needed based solely on 'functionality' & 'usefulness' - does "it" work the way we need it to? will "it" last as long as we need it to last? Is it a good value for the money or barter? Of course we didn't want "it" to be ugly or aesthetically displeasing, but it had to be functional & a good value...and we didn't mind "doing without" and "saving up" for months or years to get a quality product. In fact, that's what society (and our elders) expected & taught us to do. It wasn't normal (or acceptable) for people to expect to have a 'high quality life' (or products) without diligence and a well-laid plan...and people scorned & ridiculed the 'immaturity' that 'wanted too much too soon'. It was a truly good way to live - and the satisfaction, pride & sense of accomplishment which went along with it is something we seldom experience today. That kind of healthy pride & satisfaction (learned & practiced when young), created adults that knew how to get what they wanted out of life.
Back then, people didn't buy 'things' based on emotions (certainly not because something 'made us feel good'). Back in the 30's typical household appliances sold in the $20-$40 range (when people were making 50¢ an hour!), and they lasted for DECADES. I have a collection of appliances from that era that I still use daily...just imagine a toaster or blender made now lasting for 75-80 years, or someone actually using the same coffee maker when they were 70 that they purchased new when they were 25!. People actually & diligently saved for months/years to buy an appliance. I knew one older gentleman that told a story of walking to work every day for well over a year -instead of taking the bus across town- so he could save up enough money to buy his wife a Sunbeam Mixmaster...which he still had and was using 50 years later). But this natural, healthy way of thinking, spending & achieving (that had been what people had done for centuries) didn't cause people to "need" to spend money for every new 'gizmo & gadget'; this didn't make people feel 'less' because they didn't have what people that had worked and saved for decades had; this didn't cause people to be enslaved & impoverished and feeling worthless if they didn't "have everything" by the time they were 35 or even 25 (and in credit card/loan debt up to their necks...or a total slave to 60 hour a week job they hate). This empowered people to set goals, strive, save, be diligent...and actually achieve relative freedom, wealth & prosperity!
So Edward Bernays went on a campaign that changed our way of spending & buying forever. Instead of advertising campaigns that promoted the function, longevity and value of the products (from disposable toiletries to automobiles), society was inundated with advertising in the mainstream media to actually change their thinking (and embed it as "normal"). We should buy that new toaster because of the way it makes us FEEL to have the newest toaster (a toaster like every other modern Suzy Homemaker has & needs - because you can't possibly be a good --confident, modern, efficient, appealing-- Suzy Homemaker/wife/mother without one); we should buy that Kleenex because of the beautiful box and how 'disposable & sanitary' it is (wouldn't want to be tacky using washable/reusable handkerchiefs); we should buy that new car because of it's streamlined, stylish and 'up to date' appearance (you don't even "rate" on the 'respectable meter' until you have the right kind of car). And of course, let's not forget 'sex appeal'...it was now 'sexy' (or manly) to smoke cigarettes; ego-boosting (and appealing to women) for a man to have a certain kind of car; sexy to use a certain brand of toothpaste. Sheesh, even Suzy Homemaker (aka Betty Crocker) was smiling beautifully over her tiny waist, perfectly coifed hair, ample curves and her modern & impressive (sterile & poison), fluffy white bread & angel food cake. Seriously, what woman would have made heavy/healthy whole-wheat bread using molasses or honey when those things were SO :::eyeroll::: outdated & old-fashioned). Not to mention, unprocessed 'whole foods' had the stigma of being only for 'poor people on the wrong side of the tracks' that couldn't afford white flour & white sugar (yes, white flour & sugar used to be substantially more expensive than the healthy foods). My aunt actually remembers being embarrassed because she had to take 'brown bread' to school for lunch!
Spend! Spend! Spend! Spending makes you FEEL good; spending makes you LOOK good to others; spending makes you sexy; without all these 'things' you'll NEVER be "successful"...or happy, or respected, or 'modern', or admired (and your children will be deprived and ashamed) :( :( :( It doesn't matter what you DO in life, it matters what you HAVE. Think of it - I doubt there's a commercial or advertisement in existence today that doesn't somehow equate emotions or sex with the product.
I'm sure you get the picture. The way we now think about buying, saving and achieving (and what we feel we need to buy & achieve, and what has value) has been forever altered...and it wasn't done by us, it was done TO us...intentionally. It has affected us all in very negative and disempowering ways. Check it out when you get the time - do some Googling & YouTubing on "Edward Bernays"...his impact on society was/is insidious. But unless we had grandparents (or some family elder) that lived through this era (and we listened to them talk about it, really 'heard' them, and actually respected them enough to learn from them)...we have no idea how things have changed (and what is really 'normal' and what is not). And we don't grasp the concept of 'saving up for something' for several years - or being organized, diligent and consistent in order to meet our goals. This, of course, ends up with us actually believing that if something can't be achieved quickly (via a few positive affirmations and flimsy efforts), it can't be achieved at all. The idea of investing 'months worth of effort' into any endeavor (particularly without getting a reward at various stages along the line), is rarely offered as a viable option.
And likely the worst? We rarely (if ever) really know & experience the ultra-empowering feeling of pride, accomplishment and victory that only comes from working hard and ACHIEVING what we've set out to accomplish. Once you've pulled it off, experienced the pride & satisfaction, and 'won the prize' (even once, on even a small scale), you KNOW you are unstoppable...and that you can do ANYTHING you set your mind and body to do! This is just one of the reasons we've become weaker and less personally empowered with each generation :(
Yep, insidious. The PTB play a VERY slow hand that deeply & shrewdly embeds disempowering lies and unnatural habits into our daily lives...it's done so slowly and etched in so effectively that most people never even realize it's happened. They have had some of the most intelligent & gifted people in their 'employ' for centuries - Bernays was but one. Here's a couple of internet blurbs regarding Edward Bernays:
Dr. Edward Bernay’s was a nephew of Sigmund Freud and one of the most skillful experts in mass manipulation. He invented the modern day Madison Avenue advertising Agencies by using his Uncle Sigmund's knowledge of the human psyche to make people feel they needed whatever product was being advertised. Edward Bernays also invented the public relations profession in the 1920s and was the first person to take Freud's ideas to manipulate the masses. Bernays was one of the main architects of the modern techniques of mass-consumer persuasion. He showed American corporations how they could make people want things they didn't need by systematically linking mass-produced goods to their unconscious desires.
His most notorious feat was breaking the taboo on women smoking by persuading them that cigarettes were a symbol of independence and freedom. Bernays was convinced that this mass method of manipulation was more than just a way of selling consumer goods. For him it was a new political idea of how to control the masses. By satisfying the inner irrational desires that his uncle, Sigmund Freud, had identified, people could be made happy, docile, angry, self hating or even confused.
Edward Bernays advised US presidents from Woodrow Wilson to Eisenhower and served numerous corporations and business associations. This was the start of the mass media and governmental psychological manipulation programs which has come to covertly dominate today's world. One of Bernays biggest fans was Hitler's propaganda chief, Joseph Goebbels, a fact about which Bernays bragged proudly. [yes, we ARE just as effected by this propaganda right now as were the citizen of Nazi Germany!] A common pattern used repeatedly by Bernays was to turn a harmless entity into a fearsome enemy through lies and manufactured news items. Then use the "threat" to justify attacking the entity. Edward Bernays coined the terms "group mind" and "engineering consent", important concepts in practical propaganda work. Bernays said in his 1928 book Propaganda, that; "The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. He further states that; “If we understand the mechanism and motives of the group mind, it is now possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without them knowing it” The current public relations industry is a direct outgrowth of Bernays' work and his method of mass psychological manipulation is also still currently used by the United States government.
It's uncommon for those under '40 something' to have the perspectives & truths (and ability to overcome & achieve) that those that are older have, simply because they've never been exposed to them, nor seen how effective & powerful they actually are. Heck, if you're under 35 it's doubtful your parents ever saw or grasped these truths. But there's something else that may be even worse...and that something has also been 'engraved' into what we believe to be true and know to be 'normal'. In fact, those under 40-somehting probably can't even remember a time in their life when this 'wasn't a known truth'. :(
What is it? It's the "Disempowerment of Positive Thinking"!
::::sound of screeching tires on pavement:::
HUH? Oh come on, Uny - now you're talking like a whacky conspiracy theorist! "Positive Thinking" IS positive - not negative. It's not a tool of the PTB; it's a way to overcome all our failures and inadequacies. It's empowering - everybody knows that.
Really? But what IF that's one of those thoughts that 'control & regiment the masses according to their will without us knowing it'? Let's see how it really stacks up.
--Who wrote "The Power of Positive Thinking" and basically started the whole shebang? That'd be Norman Vincent Peale. Norman Vincent Peal was a 33° Mason. Worse yet (if anything can be worse), he was also a member of The Pilgrim Society (basically the "Who's Who" of Illuminati individuals & corporations). This will raise several red-flags to people with only 1/2 a clue about the Powers That Be and New World order. When someone that's a high-degree Mason and part of the Illuminati promotes something, it's basically the same as having the FDA say something is 'healthy & good'. It should ALWAYS rattle your tin-foil hat!
Clarification: I'm not talking the kind of 'positive thought' that starts out identifying a real problem, researching/finding the solution, and encouraging oneself to take action while diligently applying the solution. Nor am I condemning the kind of 'positive thought' that is focusing upon what you desire (and believing you can have/get it) so you can build the desire that will lead to you doing what is necessary to attain your goal. The tool of the PTB is the kind of 'positive thinking' that starts out with totally lying to oneself: "I am perfectly healthy" (when you're puking your guts out) - "I have unlimited wealth & millions of dollars in the bank" (when the electric company just shut off your electricity) - "I am blissfully married to the partner of my dreams" (when you are alone and crying yourself to sleep every night). And this includes the delusional concept that you can alter your health, condition, mental and physical state by totally denying & ignoring what you see and feel, and doing absolutely nothing but mumbling 'magical positive mantras' & positive affirmations.
--Ever hear of any great 'mover & shaker' throughout history that "positive-thought their way" to changing their life or the world? Nope. In fact, if you'll read many of their biographies, you'll find they had great amounts of doubt (even negativity, despair & depression), but they did what they knew was the right thing anyway. They had a desire; created a plan, worked the plan, and 'did what it took' to achieve it. Not 'positive thinking' - positive action.
I believe that as spiritual beings we really DO have the ability to *POOF*, presto-chango, alter matter, restore our bodies to health (and other people's bodies) and move mountains. But I also know that our spiritual teachings over the centuries (in all belief systems/religions) have been just as demented & weakened by the PTB as our health/medical, political & financial systems. And, I know we're also physical and emotional beings (not just spiritual)...and without laying the proper groundwork, having the correct balance, working through the 'workbook', having the self-discipline, correct intent, etc, etc., it's not all going to come together like some kind of a spiritual airy-fairy-tale. How do I know? Because I've studied & researched (you can too!) many of the great 'spiritual masters' throughout history that HAD these abilities...and they were the most physically disciplined people of which I've ever read. They fasted regularly; they worked hard at the most humbling tasks; they sacrificed selflessly for others; they strove to commune with 'The Only One' (within and without)24/7; no matter the consequences, they spoke the Truth; they walked the walk instead of talking the talk. Action, action, action...never idleness, always action. Love is not a feeling to be felt, it's an action verb. The positive emotions and thoughts come after correct action. Feeling like crap is a direct result of crappy action...we're supposed to feel like crap when we don't do the right thing. The feeling like crap is what motivates to do what we need to do and become the person we're supposed to be!
We must STOP encouraging, absolving and rewarding each other for covering up crappy emotions with totally toxic "emotional bandaids" (and stop doing it to ourselves). If we want to have healthy, positive emotions, the way to get them is to do healthy & positive actions.
--Most people that have studied & researched the plans and actions of the New World Order (Illuminati and their cronies), understand that their goal to control the world includes ensconcing a 'one world religion' (as well as a 'one world everything else')...and that they've been funding and controlling "The Church" and it's teachings for centuries. The Rockefeller trusts alone have donated millions & millions (and more millions) to various "Churches". But what most people don't know is that Rockefeller/Illuminati money has been integral in funding the "New Age movement". One of the main 'teachings' in the various New Age sects is about "energy & consciousness"...and how we should (basically) sit on our 'velvet meditation cushions' and imbue 'good energy' to the Universe. The worst thing we could ever do is pay attention to or fight 'the forces of evil'....that would be feeding them and giving them energy. In fact, many teachings indicate that there wouldn't even BE any evil in the Universe if it weren't for the fact that we're focusing on it (hence "feeding it" and 'creating it' ourselves). Seriously? All the evil in this world throughout history has nothing to do with the greedy power-mongers? (and good people not stopping them?) And these power-hungry people that have tortured, killed & enslaved millions of people never would have done anything like that if people would have ignored it totally? They really expect us to BELIEVE that? It's totally irrational.
Here's a little blurb about "mind control in the early stages":
...You learn bits of information, and it all seems to start out so well! Then, over time, with additional information, one's paradigm of reality is shifted. Upon reflection, it appears to have been a seamless change, which is part of what makes it so insidious. Typically, one adopts a mode of belief that calls for suspending one's rational, thinking mind...
Seriously - if I were the Enemy and I wanted to take over the world...that's EXACTLY the lie I would want everyone to believe (to ignore what I was doing; that knowing what my Enemy was doing would increase the power of my Enemy; and that my doing anything to fight it would strengthen my Enemy). And I'd spend any amount of millions to make sure that those that could stop me were busy believing the absolute best thing they could do was ignore what I was doing.
-- "What The Bleep Do We Know?" What we know is that this film and associated 'spiritual enlightenment & empowerment' has gained massive popularity amidst 'spiritual seekers' in the last decade. What we know is that it suggests that nothing is tangibly 'real' and that everything we think & believe is real is actually a holographic illusion that we create (the moon wouldn't be there if we all weren't "seeing" it and believing what we see
...remember: mind control starts with embedding a mode of belief that calls for suspending one's rational, thinking mind). Basically if we'd all just stop "creating" evil & negativity, there wouldn't be any. And it's all wrapped up in a bunch of undecipherable quantum physics and "quantum consciousness". It's a masterpiece that Edward Bernays would have been proud to create and utilize. But he didn't create it - guess who did? Ramtha's School of Enlightenment...an insidious, New Age-type, 'spiritual cult' (based on a channeled entity known as Ramtha, allegedly channeled by a women named JZ Knight) that has raped hundreds/thousands of innocent people of millions of dollars (and destroyed many lives). The film's 3 directors (as well as the producers, writers, and many of the actors) are all members of Ramtha's School of Enlightenment
. If you'd like to know more about what past members of RSE have to say about 'What the Bleep', here's their forum:

Gandhi; Martin Luther King, Jr; Jesus; Buddha; Mother Teresa; Nelson Mandela; Rosa Parks; Dr. Christopher (et al); Helen Keller; Lech Walesa, Galileo...pick one, or name your own hero or heroine - it was their actions that made the difference.
Please don't fall prey to the conditioning/propaganda of the PTB and the unnatural, unreal world & weakened people they're trying to create through poisoning our mind & bodies. Each of us ARE extremely powerful - our actions based on rational/logical thought & beliefsWILL heal us (and we CAN make the world a much better place).
[added a few hours before finishing]. WOW - what a total "coincidence" (wink, wink). I haven't clicked on or read CZs 'Conspiracy Forum' for months -- and I was just taking a break and scrolling down the Forum list and decided to click and see what's happening. And right at the top was this video! Oh yeah, that was a coincidence for sure... (not!). Check this out:
********************************************************************************************
Teresa, we've got to get you out of the 'hurricane room', and (most definitely) we've got to put a stop to this "50/50 thing" (half the time telling yourself and your body that it can heal and the other half telling yourself it's all useless) I just don't know of any way your body can heal when your mind is telling it "you can; you can't"...there's no herb or 'cleanse' for that. And we've got to get YOU in control of your life!
How? Two 'foundational' things.
-Decide what it is you really want (long range goals) and mapping out the short-range goals (and steps to meet each of those goals). More on 'specific goal setting' below.
--Honestly & completely analyze your current situation to see what may be holding you back (or preventing you) from achieving these goals. Is there a "main" thing (or two/three main things) that are holding you back more than any others? Is there something that if you could 'get rid of it', it would free up the potential for overcoming many of the limitations? You know, is there a "root" of it all?
:::grin::: there's several reasons I never finished my degree/certification in psychology (so I could be a counselor). The main one was that I just couldn't get past the part where a counselor is never supposed to give their opinion (and they're supposed to always ask the person they're trying to help..."what do YOU think?"). I always figured if a person KNEW what they thought (or what the solution was to their problem), they wouldn't be paying somebody to help them! (And that's certainly the way I've felt the times I sought 'professional assistance' from a counselor). The only counselors that EVER helped me are ones that 'shot from the hip' and shared their opinion honestly & forthrightly (which I basically had to choke them to get them to do!). So, I'm going to tell you what I think (and you can utilize it or not).
It's my opinion that there IS a root...and it's not your physical illness, it's not your emotions (although those both play a significant part), it's not your lack of money/job or 'lack of love' (or lack of people that love). I honestly believe (discerning from what you've shared)...the main issue and 'root of it all' is that you're nearly 100% "dependent" upon others (both physically & emotionally). And this means you are 'out of control' of nearly 100% of 'what it takes' to take control of your health & life. What I don't know (and can't know) is what is the "why" at the root of that. And I do believe there is a "why" at the root of it, because from what I recall, even when you were out of physical pain, you still weren't singularly or totally 'in control' of your life & future (I recall you were relying upon others quite heavily in various ways). And even now you talk about needing 'love' or some kind of 'emotional understanding' from others. It may be that you know the answer to that (the root/s of the blockage); but more than likely it's going to take some serious self-questioning/searching and some strong EFTing.
I realize that in your current situation (no job, chronic illness, pain, etc) that it may seem there's nothing 'at the root of it all' except the chronic illness & lack of money/job...but these things are symptoms, not the causes. You already know quite a bit about how to address the cause/s of the physical issues, but because of the fluctuating emotions and 'lack of control' over your situation, you're not doing what you know you need to be doing to put together a complete healing protocol (and many times you're not even doing the things you do have control over, or you're actually doing things that you know to be harmful). So you need to be identifying what's at the root of all this and steadily working on removing it...and getting control over yourself and your life (and getting a place/space of your OWN...no matter how small). A place where YOU control the mood & dynamics of the place/space you live in; a place where you (and only you) are responsible for what happens to you.
Then you need to go to the EFT homepage (link in the above post), make sure you've mastered "the basic recipe"... and start digging in DEEP by watching all of the videos, learning all the various ways to come up with 'set up phrases' and to identify issues, and the various 'tips & tricks' that lead to successful identification and resolution of the "why" of this 'out of control' issue. You need to do this research as diligently (or more so) than what you've done already with reading, watching, learning all of the Dr. Schulze/natural healing information. (Be sure to sign up for the daily newsletter).
Do this like your life & health depends upon it! :) And do it like you'll someday need this information to 'teach a class' and to help others (or like it's "job training" at a new job). Organize a bookmark folder with lots of different sub-folders, and maybe even get an actual spiral-bound notebook for taking notes and keeping records (or do it on your computer).
Assignment: Go through the page/link below completely, and when you've finished making notes and bookmarking everything (and tapping 10-20 rounds daily), then make a post summarizing this page...and sharing what was most impactful/helpful for you. By working on this 2-4 hours daily, you should have your information ready to post in 5-7 days (or thereabouts
Tutorial-Guidelines for using EFT on Serious Diseases
Remember (from link above):
--Even though applying EFT to Serious Diseases may result in "one minute wonders" on the some of the symptoms, one cannot assume that EFT will dispose of the broader underlying causes so easily. In fact, persistence and artistic uses of EFT are usually required. This article will expand on these uses and bring some artistry to the process.
--Daily tapping. This one is vital for Serious Diseases because it creates much needed follow-up by the clients. 10 to 20 rounds of EFT tapping should be performed daily to keep the body's subtle energies flowing freely. An easy way for the client to remember to tap is to associate it with daily activities. For example, do rounds of tapping just before (1) eating, (2) when using the bathroom, (3) when turning the TV on and off (4) when getting in and out of the car and so on.
Teresa, this forum NEEDS you to do this! I'm well-researched in EFT...but I do not have the time to teach and counsel others. One of THE best ways to get a relief from depression (and hopelessness) is to hear people say "Thank You" and know that you've positively impacted someone's life. You are important; you are needed here; you are a very vital and important link in the thread/life of this forum! And who knows, with your experiences (and your natural gift of helping others), this could be something that could be the groundwork of your new independence...it could certainly lead to career opportunities. Be sure to check out the 'certification stuff' and the rental DVD's. If those DVD's can be copied (they used to approve copying them and giving them away) - there's a possibility the Apothecary could pay the rental fees & deposits, and then I could copy them to send them to you (and anybody else that needs/wants them).

Goal setting (and more importantly, goal ATTAINING)
These must be specific and they mustbe written down. This is how a typical list would start for most:
-- My goal is to be healthy & happy. But this is not specific enough at all. What you want to write is something like this:
My goal is to be healthy, this specifically means:
--being free of pain in my physical body
--being free of parasites
--being free of mental incapacity
--having my colon, liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, pancreas, thyroid, brain, heart, lungs, circulation, all working (and working together) perfectly
--having beautiful skin
--being free of emotional turmoil
--being free of sabotaging myself
--being able to walk "x" amount of miles
--being able to engage in "x", "y", "z" activities without experiencing fatigue, exhaustion, or limitation.
--being in control of my eating
--being in control of my habits & actions
--being able to converse with stressful people without it affecting my health adversely
--being in control of my life
--and everything else (specifically) you feel is "being healthy"
My goal is to be happy -- and then make a list of everything "happy" means to you.
My goal is to be in control of my life & surroundings -- and then make a list of everything that means to you AND a list of what's stopping you from achieving the control you desire. I'm going to start this second part, based on emotions & thoughts that might be stopping you or holding you back.
What may be keeping me from gaining & attaining control of my life & surroundings:
--Even if I were 100% healthy I wouldn't know how to do it.
--I think I know how to do it, but I've always failed whenever I tried (and I can't afford to fail again)
--I'm not sure if I know how to organize & do it or not, but that doesn't matter because in the position I'm in there's simply no way I can do it.
--I'm scared to be 100% responsible for myself (this is something that's surprisingly VERY common). One of our biggest fears is that we 'know inside' that we're capable of doing and achieving anything, but due to a lifetime of 'not knowing how' (or repeated failures), we kinda-somehow know that if we ever really give it our best shot, and then end up not achieving what we want to achieve, we will have proved to ourselves that we 'can't' (and we know that if we ever prove that to ourselves, we're totally sunk). So we feel it's safer (less scary/fearful) to 'know we can, but not really do it', than it is to take the risk it requires to be victorious. And that kind of fear is truly paralyzing. If we never identify it, face it and overcome it, we'll lose any chance we have at doing & being the person we really are!
Be sure to go over the 'list of questions' in the link above, too :)
Once you've isolated the 'big roots', started chopping away at them (and digging them out), it'll be SO much easier to start the planning & goal-setting stages. With organization and tiny lil' baby-steps (NOT overwhelming "mountain steps") each day will be one step closer to achieving your healing, your independence and control of your life & destiny! All you need is a slow, steady upward trend...and as long as you meet your tiny/daily lil' goals, you'll find yourself becoming more positive, more energized and closer to achieving your goals. And once you start making that consistent headway, the more you'll believe in it, and the easier it will become. I promise!
Fact: It is much harder (much more stressful, much more energy-zapping, much more negative and MUCH more depressing) to struggle in emotional, physical & financial poverty than it is to face it, fight it and get out of it. There is NOTHING more debilitating than fear and feeling like there's no way to achieve your goals & dreams.
Sure, it's a "lot" - it takes learning new techniques and 'scheduling your life' like you'd schedule your day at a job. It takes diligence (especially in organization and writing/scheduling/planning), and it takes courage and stick-to-it-iveness...but that is never as depressing, deflating, disempowering or energy-sucking as always living in pain & defeat. YOU CAN DO IT, TERESA! Anybody can do it (and you're much smarter, much more savvy and MUCH more gifted than "anybody").
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." Anais Nin
Recommendations:
"Think & Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill - anybody that reads, understands and applies the principles in this great classic WILL achieve their goals! This is not some "pie in the sky" magic methodology - this is truth that works! Sure, it can be about 'rich in money', but it's about ACHIEVING whatever you want or need to achieve. Check out these reviews and then get it ordered.
Luggable Loo - this will make doing enemas 'out of the bathroom'
much easier (and help to ensure you expel all of the solution when doing CEs):
Luggable Loo Portable 5 Gallon Toilet Or, if you have a 5 gallon bucket you can get the lid for around $12-$15). These are really wonderful...and you've got to love the name! :)
Superfood Original - enough for 4-6T daily
Activated Charcoal - enough for 5-10 teaspoons daily, plus several activated charcoal poultices weekly.
approximately 2 grams per teaspoon - 6 grams per Tablespoon. 5-10 teaspoons = 10-20 grams x 30 days = 300-600 grams for internal usage. 2 T (12 grams) per poultice x 12 per month = 144 grams. So 444-744 grams for a month (454 grams in a pound)
Blood DeTox Tincture*** - enough for 3-4 droppersful 3x daily
Echinacea Tincture - enough for 3-4 droppersful 3x daily
St. John's Wort Tincture - enough for 3-4 droppersful 3x daily
Adrenal Tincture - enough for 3-4 droppersful 3x daily
Slippery Elm powder - enough for 3 cups of 'porridge daily'
1-3T daily x 30.5 days = 4-12 grams daily x 30.5 days = 122- 366 grams
Ashwagandha root powder - enough for 1-3 T daily
Dairy kefir - make your own! (and get at least 1/2 cup every day...more if it doesn't cause loose stools). Find a source for milk kefir grains and organic milk (preferably raw, but organic works...non-homogenized is best if you have to get pasteurized). Within 24 hours you'll have your own, fresh kefir (with likely much higher quantities and more diverse types of intestinal bacteria). I'm not convinced 'store-bought' is all that beneficial (I've read too many stories of people not being able to make more kefir with kefir they're purchased...meaning what they purchased had little to no live cultures).
IF#2 (see below)
Continue with:
--3-9 cloves of raw garlic daily
--Liver flushes (at least 1 flush every 2 weeks, more if continuing to see flukes)
--Coffee Enemas ONLY if/when they're not stressing body/adrenals (use 1/2 or 3/4 strength coffee solution, do not allow solution to go above sigmoid area to ensure it's all expelled)
--Whatever kidney/liver cleanses you feel you need
--IF#2 IF you've completed 30 days of IF#2 (and were consistent with 5 heaping teaspoons daily), you might want to consider cutting back to just a 'heaping 1/2 teaspoon' OR you might want to consider 'upping it' to a Tablespoon per dose (I always take Tablespoon doses). I don't know what to recommend on this, because I'm not in your body to feel/experience what is happening. You need ample fiber daily to ensure healing of your intestinal issues and provide food for the gut flora
--Sunlight, Barefootin' and all the other good therapies :)
Possible changes/additions
--When not ingesting a gallon of juice (or thereabouts) daily and getting 6T of Superfood, you're likely not getting enough protein - so be sure to adjust your diet accordingly
--Whenever possible...SPROUT!
--Add dry skin brushing daily (if not already). Also for lymphatic system - rebounding (not likely you have a rebounder, I know...but bouncing on the bed is great fun and usually very do-able :)
***Regarding the Blood DeTox Tincture - I'm recommending this for two issues. 1) Lymphatic flow & support. This blend of herbs is likely THE most supporting to the lymphatic system of any I've ever seen. I didn't realize you were having 'lymph node swelling' or I would have recommended this a long time ago. 2) Gut issues. Because the use of herbs containing berberine is highly debated, I'd like you to check out some of the research. There are some that say that herbs containing berberine will kill gut flora, but the majority of research I've found shows just the opposite...and when researching this I found there's a very good possibility that these herbs actually help repair and restore the intestinal tract (and is especially effective for leaky gut/candida) - there are many other benefits (including anti-inflammatory!). Typical herbs that contain berberine are: Goldenseal, Oregon Grape Root, Barberry & Coptis (Chinese). So please check out the links/information below, do more research on your own and see what you & your doctor within decide:
First, as we all know, Wikipedia is notoriously biased
against herbal usage, yet this entry is positive (which probably indicates none of the "wiki people" could prove there's anything erroneous about this info). My research indicates this is a good summation (particulary the section "How Goldenseal Works):
Goldenseal - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Here's more (some are "scientific"; others are "herbal lore" or "traditional usage" information:
Want to learn more about the science behind goldenseal's effectiveness?
And here's evidence that
isolated berberine could kill a few strains of gut flora: (scroll down to this section/study:
Anti-Microbial Potential of Goldenseal Growth-inhibiting effects of Coptis japonica root-derived isoquinoline alkaloids on human intestinal bacteria.)
Honestly, I've tried really hard to find evidence that would show that berberine containing herbs (in their whole form, not the isolated chemical of berberine) could cause harm to any part of the body...and I'm not able to find anything convincing. Of course, the fact that Schulze/Christopher both used similar formulas (and had no problems with it), tells me the 'naysayers' are likely incorrect). But I always like to point out potential/possible problems so that folks can research it further and come to their own conclusions.
Here's the formula:
Blood Detox (Schulze)
2 Chaparral
2 Red Clover blossoms
1 Oregon Grape root
1 Yellow Dock root
1 Goldenseal root
1 Poke root
1 Burdock root
1 Lobelia seed/pod/herb
1 Garlic
1 Cayenne

WHEW, that was likely "more" than I've ever jam-packed into one post (although some have been longer, I doubt any have contained so much). Please don't be "overwhelmed" (it's really no different than starting a new job), it's just that you have to play the part of the trainee AND you have to write some of the training material, too. There's no doubt in my mind...you CAN do this! Once you gain control over your life, you are one of the ones that are going to be unstoppable.
Yep, we've all got a mountain to climb - let's be sure we ALL meet at the TOP!
Blessings,

My Wage
“I bargained with Life for a penny,
And Life would pay no more,
However I begged at evening
When I counted my scanty store.
For Life is a just employer,
He gives you what you ask,
But once you have set the wages,
Why, you must bear the task.
I worked for a menial’s hire,
Only to learn, dismayed,
That any wage I had asked of Life,
Life would have willingly paid.”
