I know this is older, but I want to respond. One thing that is good with mg oil is putting a little in a pail of hot water and soaking your feet for about 15 to 20 minutes. It's wonderful! And it will relax you. I usually put in about 1/4 cup. Try it sometime when your feet are tired at nighttime.
But I also take magnesium malate with a timed-release formula to it. It's great.
