Re: liver flush after gall bladder removal?? is the liver more stressed now?

I had my GB removed just about two months ago. Did a few flsuhes before I had the GB out but mostly for pain control. I can eat just about anything but I use a papaya tablet at each meal and even snacks. The tablet helps me digest the food. The fruit works even better.
About a month ago I had the return of the pain in my GB area and I to returned to this forum for some advice. I also did alot of reading because, like your Mom I was truly worried that I might "over tax" the liver. The first flush that I did relived the pain and also got rid of some stones, so this is proof that the stones start in the liver rather then the GB. The second flush (3 weeks later) did not yield much stones but I will continue my regime.
I am going to use Chinese Bitters, Gold Coin Grass, Coptis and Curcuma before my next flush. I would recommend that a person without a GB flush as it is important to keep the liver at optimum health.
