Religious beliefs that create separation.

By creating a need to find completion out side of one's self, it sets up a dynamic that can never be reached. What this allows though is offering solutions that can never be realized or gained. Like a carrot leading a horse on a loop that never ends. These solutions are mostly disguised control mechanisms.

The formula is as follows:

Problem...reaction...solution

One example.

Problem eg. I am a sinner

Reaction eg. I need to be saved

Solution. Do this and follow these tenants and you will be saved. The enslavement has happened within the structure of the belief.
