Cervical cancer vacination

I heard yesterday, that they are thinking of giving clothing vouchers to young girls in the uk as an incentive to have the vaccination

It doesn't protect against all the strains of the virus anyway.

They are or talking about giving money to people as an incentive to lose weight and stop smoking.
Their incentive should be to get healthier and stopping smoking would save them money anyway.

What about my reward for taking care of myself. No i didn't think so!
