Re: Potentially Beneficial Suggestions
Over the past few months, I have settled upon the following flushing protocol...one or more of my personal recommendations may be of use to you, or indeed to others:
Firstly, ensure that the bowel is as clean as is possible, with a diet high in fruit leading up to the cleanse, as well as herbal formulas or oxygen-based capsules.
Secondly, eat a substantial breakfast and lunch consisting only of fruits; apples for increased malic acid intake and pectin, along with easily-digestible, alkaline-forming fruits such as pineapple and papaya. Drink as much water as is comfortable, preferably with the juice of one lemon in each glass (decongesting the liver as well as increasing alkalinity and aiding digestion). Consume the relevant amount of Himalayan Salt along with your water intake.
Come two o'clock, cease eating and drinking, regardless of how thirsty you may feel. You should have consumed at least five glasses of water, along with the salt, so dehydration should not be a problem. Once the first serving of Epsom Salts is down the hatch, all need for food and water disappears (in my experience).
After the last serving of Epsom Salt (the next morning), wait half an hour before rehydrating yourself with a touch of Himalayan Salt followed by two or three glasses of water, preferably with the added lemon juice. For the remainder of the day eat fruit and only fruit; oranges, an apple or two, papaya, et cetera; any fruit known for increasing intestinal purging. This ensures many more bowel movements than you may expect, but will guarantee that the colon and intestines are clear of stones as quickly as possible.
If you have read of my previous flushing experiences, you may be aware of how much I have suffered, from intolerable intestinal discomfort to uncontrollable vomiting. I am not suggesting all of the above is perfect, but they are the modifications that I have made thus far, all ensuring a more pleasant experience. Come Monday morning, after a relaxed period of rest free from pain and sickness, I had consumed my lemon juice drinks along with a half-teaspoon of salt and I felt wonderful; no pain, no lingering sickness, no physical or mental discomfort whatsoever...in fact, for the very first time I felt absolutely wonderful and spent most of the morning sitting in silence smiling contently to myself. Anyway, what worked for me may not suit others, but it may be worthwhile experimenting if results have not lived up to your expectations. Oh, and by the way, I removed the biggest stone I have seen so far, and I could actually feel it being squeezed out along with the "butt-pee"; unpleasant I know, but if and when you see a stone the size of a date floating in the toilet bowl, a smile is simply unavoidable.
Congratulations on your flush...you may well see many more stones when next you flush. All for now,
TCF.
