It is a long article but if you just read the 3rd part they mention that they increase the Epsom Salt later to help to get the stones out. I have read it several times and I will again, I am using some of the herbs they mention and I want to improve on it and keep doing it.
It is difficult for me to read a lot since I have a short attention span.
