Mine wasnt too reliable. I used it to make water 3 times a day for a week and then the pump failed. I now have to return it to China to be repaired I guess, at my cost and probably wait about a month to get it back. I'm thinking about buying another model from a uk shop but I'm not sure how reliable these things are . At least I won't have to return it to China though. I'd like to know how long they are supposed to last on average since they only have a years guarantee
