Response to your earlier post/question
Hi again, you sure had quite a flush! Congratulations!
Re: Magnesium Citrate, I buy the 150 mg. capsules by Natural Factor. Used to empty 5 capsules each into each glass of water (with a little juice for flavor), then reduced them to 4. Now I just swallow 4 capsules with the water. Works for me.
Since you asked: My protocol is a modification of what most people on this forum seem to do. I also changed the times ( 1 h later)to suit me. In short:
Gold Coin grass for 3 weeks prior to flush. (I skipped this for some later flushes).
If I remember, I drink lots of apple cider for 4-5 days before the flush, but tend to forget.
No oil or protein on day of flush, but otherwise healthy vegetarian meals with plenty of bulk, incl. one tsp. of psyllium to a glass of water upon rising. Drink lots of water. No food or water after 3:00 p.m. ( a few sips of water are O.K.).
Once I did it, I realized I did NOT feel hungry.
7:00 p.m. 3/4 cup of water (with a little juice)plus 600-800 mg Magnesium Citrate
9:00 p.m. 3/4 cup of water " plus 600-800 mg Magnesium Citrate
10:45 Enema
11:00 p.m. drink 1/2 cup of Almond Oil mixed with 1/2 - 2/3 cup fresh pressed organic lemon/grapefruit juice ( I have also successfully used Hazelnut Oil, also cranberry/apple juice or raspberry/apple juice, but settled on the above mixture). I quickly chase all down with an ounce of orange or apple juice, have a toothbrush ready with baking soda, brush teeth, rinse mouth, lie down on right side, put heating pad under right rib cage area where gall bladder is and go to sleep, or stay in that position for at least 1/2 hour.
7:00 a.m. 3/4 cup of water plus Magnesium Citrate
9:00 a.m. 3/4 cup of water plus magnesium citrate
9:30 a.m. glass of fresh fruit juice
10:00 a.m fresh fruit
10:30 a.m. or later light breakfast.
I do an enema that evening and / or book a
colonic for the following day.
Hope this gives you some alternative options to experiment with...
Wishing you much health,
