Nattokinase questions

I have seen recommendations and testimonials to enzyme therapies for cancer,....and although several enzymes resemble carboxylated phenols or amino acids or even fatty acids, (also carboxylated,) i have questions regarding nattokinase.

-Bioavailabilty in the gut, seems to get absorbed into bloodstream, this was a concern, absorbtion.

-Effectiveness in dissolving fibrin based protein coat on adenocarcinomas and tumors?
