Re: Epsom & Psoriasis questions
Re:
Epsom Salts , I did only my first few flushes with
Epsom Salts ( magnesium sulfate), although I was uncomfortable with the idea, because it is supposedly hard on one's kidneys. I then switched to Magnesium Citrate and have never looked back. It does the same thing ( opening and relaxing the bile ducts so the stones can come through), but is soooo much more pleasant to take. You get it in capsules, in powder, and I understand in the U.S. also in liquid form. I saw 800 mg recommended, but I am 123 pds so I take only 600 mg with each drink, instead of
Epsom Salts .
I did my 21st flush last night, so learned a few tricks as I went.
I also don't follow the protocol of Julia Cheng of sensiblehealth.com. She is a great and knowlegeable lady, I have met her in person buying Gold Coin Grass and other products from her. I have done the flush you described with taking 1/4 oil every 15 min. It was hell and it did not produce any more stones and was in my opinion no more effective than the
Hulda Clark e flush, which recommends 1/2 cup
OO (Olive-Oil) mixed w. 1/2 cup lemon/grapefruit juice, taken only once. So I stick to it, except I now take almond oil instead of Olive oil, since it works just the same and does not pruduce the gag reflex in my body.
Your
Psoriasis is most likely in response to the cleansing, toxins coming through your skin instead of the bowel. Important to get them first cleansed and moving.
You ARE getting rid of stones, that's to be celebrated! And the bigger ones often come with later flushes....
