I find a lot of the "flat ribbon" fibers that
grow in great abundance on my skin..
as well as colored fibers..

....the thin wispy stuff appears to be fungal in
nature...
wherever it grows..skin melts.
fungus lives like that. they dissolve their food...
then slurp up the nutrients.

but there are many crittters in the biofilm..
spheres of "stuff".."pods"..fibers..threads..filaments
of all kinds..
