Timed-release magnesium malate is the key!

I can't tell you the brand here, but the kind of magnesium that I take is a mg malate with a sustained-release on it. Keep in mind, everyone's body chemistry is different, so what can help one person, doesn't always help the next person. But I notice that a ton of people complain about the diarrhea effect of magnesium. And rightly so. I have tried mg citrate, mg sulphate, and so many different forms of mg before I found this specific form of magnesium. Those two forms really are excellent, but they can and do cause the diarrhea problem.
