A couple of years ago I severely burned the palms and fingers of both hands when I caught myself as I was falling forward into/onto a very hot woodstove. I used a poultice of honey, comfrey powder and olive oil (a la Dr. Christopher)and most of the huge blisters sealed back down and it healed in record time with no scars. It also relieved the terrible pain quite quickly and I went from pacing the floor to sleeping and needed nothing further for pain.
