Can I take ALLIMED at the same time as Antibiotics?

I was diagnosed last Friday with a staph infection or maybe MRSA. It's the first time I have had it. I didn't have a break in my skin, but a few splotches that were red, painful and swollen. The doctor thought I caught it in time before they broke through. I still have a couple of them but they have subsided to just pink splotches. One on my nose, one on my thigh, and one in my torso area.

Friday I started two Antibiotics , Cefdinir 300mg (brand name Omnicef), and Sulftrim 800mg (brand names Bactrim and Septra). I have order some liquid ALLIMED which I think will be here today or tomorrow and had a few questions, please:

Can I continue to finish my four or five remaining days of Antibiotics if I take the Allimed? I'm afraid not to, or should I wait until I finish the Antibiotics and immediately start the Allimed?

About how long do you think it takes for the Allimed to take effect?

Does Allimed have side effects? and

ANY OTHER TIPS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO HELP ME BEAT THIS THING.
