you're so right, some say do use ES, some say don't. And the same goes for the 'author's' of the liver flushes, andreas says yes, julia chang says no.

just like in the world of clothing, 'mix and match' Liver Flush is ok. the basic flush is similar in each one; oo and gf or lemon juice; it works with or without all the extras.
