I am learning it in the hard way. I have done a lot of research and reading about this problem but I don't apply the things to myself. It isn't all candida, candida leaves us with intestinal inflammation and leaky gut. Until we don't eliminate all the food we are reacting to, it is an endless task. To heal the gut, we need to eat hypoallergenic for months. I know where is the main problem but I need discipline to eat only hypoallergenic. I am like the Dr who tells you smoking causes cancer and he is doing it in front of you. Many people continue battling candida and what they have is a Leaky Gut that don't heal because all the food intolerances . It is clear and said by many ND who treat candida. One of them is Michael Biamonte. Intestinal inflammation is the key. Leaky Gut is inflammation of the intestinal lining.
