Re: will liver flush help ibs
i'm sure you'll get other advice here.
Andreas Moritz has books available at
http://www.ener-chi.com which go into alot of detail about the flushes, what they can do, what the best way is, etc. what i've seen is that people with prior bowel problems have to be very careful with liver flushing; taking care to make sure that the toxic sludge that gets released during the flushes doesn't sit in the bowel and make the overall bowel and physical condition worse. taking extra care means getting
colonics after every flush, and doing
Bowel Cleanses before hand and at regular intervals during the
Liver Flush process. andreas says that he doesn't recommend doing
Liver Flushing without doing the requisite bowel cleansing & colonics; its like opening pandora's box.
some people don't do colonics, they get away with just doing enemas, but enemas don't go up very high in the colon. others don't do any bowel work at all, and they get away with it. (generally people with no ill health symptoms). i'm not trying to scare you away from liver flushing, i think its one of the best things since sliced bread. its fantastic and can yield great results. i just think its a serious thing, esp. for those with prior issues, esp. bowel issues.. and i think Andreas's protocol, which includes the
colonics and kidney cleanses, is more comprehensive than just doing the flushes alone.
