Hi,
I was in the hospital because of my bleeding. They checked my iron twice before I left and it was good. I did my heaviest bleeding before I left the hospital and have been only spotting now. So I am assuming my iron should still be fine. I think my adrenals are worse. You are more than likely right about the cortisol.
