Before I started taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I was borderline anemic. I started at a low dose and worked up slowly (You can read why and how on this forum if your want to look up some of my earlier posts).

I have been taking a fairly low dose for over 2.5 years. during that time my blood test have pretty much normalized including red blood cell, hemoglobin, and hematocrit.
