Cyclic Vomiting syndrome

Hi everybody, I have a three year old son who vomits for no apparent reason. He has food allergies as well as asthma. His pediatrician did not give much attention to it and I had to act on my own. I called a pediatric gastrointerologist who suggested an upper GI test which turned out fine. He recommended an endoscopy but I have concerns regarding it. My son still vomits and some days are worse than others. When he does, he retches so much and struggles to breathe. It is a very scary situation. Does anyone of you have any natural remedy for it?
