How to make your own SSKI?

Okay, since I'm getting a bunch of KI powder I might as well make my own SSKI solution.

How exactly do I do this? I don't have access to clean distilled water, only the contaminated with plastic kind in grocery stores.

I guess I could just do an SSKI 2% with my lugol's.

So I just take a dropper bottle full and pour as much KI in there as will dissolve at room temp. until it stops dissolving?

Do I shake or stir or anything?

Once this is complete it will yeild around the same 30mg of SSKI per drop with a tiny bit of elemental correct?

By the way. The guys on the magnascent website offered to send me a free sample of the magnascent. Still not sure if I'll take that or not.
