Re: Has anyone gained relief from arthritis pain from live/gb flushes?
I'm in the middle of flushing stones daily so I can't say that I'm "all better" yet. However, lots of things help on the way. Like adrenal/ thyroid support in the form of B vitamins, relora, thyrosense, ester C. Immune balancers like TOA free cat's claw. It not only balances but opens up your capillaries. Horsechestnut, niacinamide also opens up capillaries in different ways. Niacinamide opens up capillaries by increasing nitrous oxide and is used by some heart patients because of this. Niacinamide also decreases cholesterol.
Arthritics need more sulfur so consider MSM - I use 8-12 grams a day. Vitamin D is also good - I do 3000 IU a day. Celadrin, CMO or extra olive oil gives an added push to stones as does a little
Epsom Salts daily. I've read that you can take castor oil 1 Tbsp/ day but I only use it externally as you can get stomach cramps very easily.
I've also used Coenzyme Q10 120-300 mg a day - good for the heart and inflammation.
I've also used
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) as the previous poster as a splash but never more than 1 cup in the bath because it bothered me to use too much. Just goes to show that everyone is different and you have to find what works for you.
My allergies are much better (except for dairy) and the
Arthritis is still a problem but then I haven't done
colonics yet.
These are a few of my favourite things.... Good Luck with you and your friend's journey.
