Giving birth to a kid, that gives birth to himself

Kind of redundant dream:

I was in a kind of hospital bed and was going to give birth to a kid, as soon as the kid was half way out , the kid was then put on the floor( by someone assisting)I saw him on the floor and he was giving birth as well. I thought he was giving himself birth as well.

I feel intrigued. So thanks in advance for any help.
