need help with head pressure/drugged feeling since last chelation when I eat carbs

Does anyone have experience enough to know why this might be happening?
I've had health issues for 2 years and started having more and more food intolerances . Mostly tickly inside nerves in body and itch problems.

So I decided to try another round of DMSA every 4 hrs, 12.5mg for 5-6 days.
I had done 4 rounds earlier this year, as advised by a doctor that I no longer have.

This time, before I was done, I found that eating, especially carbs (vegetables or fruit) I started to get and drowsy and blocked ears, then in a few days the big head pressure came on, now its' out of control.
Now it's been a week since I chelated and this reaction happens after all carbs.
I get severe vise-like head pressure after first bite of food or offending food, and it escalates into feeling numb in my face, drunk, dizzy and such pressure that it's like I"m in a vise and my head will burst. After it subsides, I'm left with a headache. I also notice more post nasal phlegm but maybe that's not even related.. It's happening at every meal.
I can't eat as much b/c of it. I do not eat any grains, or sugar, this is happening when I eat vegetables and fruit.

could there be a connection? I was hoping it would pass but it's gotten worse!

I am scared. I feel very drugged and drunk/stupid, and almost slur my words during this head pressure reaction after food and also fall asleep very easily, but I'm not relaxed, I'm just too drugged to stay alert.

I did this chelating Oct 1-6. Thanks. I had also done a bit of rifing during that timeframe, which I also hadn't done since beginning of the year.
