I'm looking into the Antibiotics that are generally used to eradicate a Helibacter pylori infection. The CDD in Sydney suggests amoxicillin and clarithromycin for 7 days, along with a PPI.

I was wondering how lethal these two Antibiotics will be on my bowel flora. Anyone know?
