Don't do HPI orally

I believe I have contracted a bad case of Helicobacter pylori induced gastritis from doing oral HPI. This may require Antibiotics to fix. If so, this is a major setback. My diagnosis is yet to be confirmed by testing, but I thought I had better post something to prevent others making the same mistake.

Not everyone will contract a H. pylori infection doing oral HPI, but when you think about it, H. pylori is a very common bug, and if you take a PPI like I did before HPI, then this provides perfect conditions for H. pylori to breed and burrow into the stomach lining, where it is then hard to eradicate. So guys and gals, if you're thinking about doing HPI, do an enema. Much safer.

BTW, I was very careful screening my donor for pathogens. This even included checking for H. pylori infection. According to the Serology test, the IgG for H. pylori was 0.5, which is considered negative. However I guess the test is looking for active disease state, and does not mean the bacteria is not present in the GI tract.
