This seems interesting. I will add it to my current practice. I am already using lots of juice and raw foods and I do exercise that is why I was so confused when I saw the hernia and the swelling of my tummy around the hernia.
I will not give up hope but will try whatever I can and will let you know how it turns out. Tweet
