Farmers markets are a growing business.

People are increasingly wanting to know where their food comes from, and are demanding organic produce in greater numbers than ever before. My town has just started up its own farmers market, where everything sold there is local, organic and fresh. This is a growing trend, (pun intended).

We, as consumers, can change the way our food is grown and sold, simply by making the choice to support local organic growers. This benefits the growers, and us. A win/win situation :)
