White background on Curezone

at the risk of sounding like a whiner.....
Is there any way to change the page color behind the text of posts on CZ? I do tons of reading on CZ (for which I'm grateful) for various health issues, and the bright white seems to wear me out, especially as I get closer to bedtime. I was thinking about the various sites, browsers and apps that have "skins" or "themes," letting you choose the background.....
