For anybody that has lost weight with flushing

For anybody that has lost weight with flushing---did it take awhile for your body to adjust and start losing after that first flush? or did results happen right away?

I was at Sam's Club yesterday and found a book that I wish I could remember the title---something like "What They Don't Want You to Know..." or something like that. The book was about natural cures/home remedies for everything under the sun. When I opened up the book it just happened to be on the page that listed obesity--and the cure/remedy was listed as Liver/Gallbladder Flushing. So I made sure I showed my husband.

I was diagnosed with Fatty Liver back in 1992 or so. I was told I was insulin resistant also. I was given Glucophage to "give my liver a rest" from making all that fat. Well, many Dr's later and many years later, plus a holistic Dr--I am now off of everything---even the natural remedies. I want to give my body a new start with this flushing, but I have not seen any results. Ok, it's only been 1 week since I flushed (and a very successful flush I might add)----but I thought I'd at least keep off those 5 pounds I had lost from that flush. Nope, the scale is creeping back up. This after exercising at Curves daily, plus a treadmill and 1200 healthy calories. No junk food, nothing from a box--all whole grain products, no sugars, no sodas, no artificial sugars, etc.

Am I just in an adjustment period or is it too soon for any results? Or is it because I've had years of fat built up on my liver and it will just take longer than the average person?

Sorry for all the questions---but I'd just like a little encouragement knowing that the plan I'm following will help me.
