Re: MMS Chemical Reaction

Hello Oceanman,

No typo...

The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol calls for adding extra acid to the mix. This produces a solution with about 30% less oxidation capacity and extra citric acid in the mix.

Industry has studied this and determined that the optimum activation is 1:1 using 10% citric acid and 1:5 using 50% citric acid . When using citric acid powder the ratio is 1:10.

When using 10% citric acid you use equal parts of citric acid and sodium chlorite.

When using 50% citric acid you use 1 part citric acid to 5 parts sodium chlorite.

When using citric acid powder you use 1 part citric acid to 10 parts sodium chlorite.

Keep in mind that the original acid used with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement was acetic acid from vinegar. Most vinegar has 3 - 4% acetic acid. With that acid at that strength, the 5:1 ratio (using 5 parts vinegar to 1 part sodium chlorite) may be correct. However when switching to a different acid the rules change.

Tom
