The root cause of acne (at least mine)
IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED, PLEASE DO NOT READ THIS MESSAGE. IT HAS TO DO WITH SEX.
For the last few years I have spent much time figuring out acne, and I’m pretty sure I have the answer now. Yes, my own skin is mostly clear these days.
My
Acne correlates perfectly to my own discomfort with sex and relationships. If I’m uncomfortable with something sexua| or something that has to do with relationships with the opposite gender, then I get acne. If there’s no discomfort, then there’s no acne.
My own breakthrough came when I experimented with sexua| role-play (domination and submission). After I had played the submissive role, my
Acne got worse, but after I had played the dominant role my
Acne cleared.
I wrote a message about this here earlier, but when I wrote that, I had not really figured out that it was simply any kind of discomfort with anything related to sex or relationships. Later I learned to become comfortable playing the submissive role, too, so now I no longer get acne from doing that - it was obviously just the discomfort I used to have with it, that caused the acne. It also seems that acne can be caused from discomfort with relationships - I don’t think it always has something to do with sex, although sex and relationships are obviously often related.
Now I can of course speculate a bit here. Most people get acne when they hit puberty - that is when sex and relationships really becomes an issue. In the beginning they don’t really know how to deal with it, so there’s much discomfort, and thus much acne. Later as they figure things out, they become more comfortable, and the acne clears. This has certainly been the case with me.
I’m still wondering a bit if it’s our subconsciousness that creates the acne in order to protect us from something we are uncomfortable with, or if it’s some sort of automatic response - kinda like body language?
