Great News After Annual Physical!!

I'm so happy I could shout from the roof!!

For the past 2 years my LDL's have been 103(99 is the max for normal) at my annual physical.

This year, after 4 flushes, and dispelling over 300 stones, my LDL's are 74!!!

I'm so thrilled.

My blood pressure was lower, that was never high, and my Total Cholesterol dropped almost 30 points as well, again that wasn't high either.

I did lose about 5 points in my HDL's, but I will take that as a fair compromise as I have historically been above normal there.

I took an almost 1 month break from flushing to allow my body to normalize before my blood tests, and I believe it paid off. I know it can take as much as 6 months for everything to register accurately after flushing, but I'm happy and with all of my other levels falling so close to my past levels, I'm confident that these numbers are also correct.
